Microgaming Introduces Jurassic World Slot to Industry

Fans of branded slot games will be pleased to note that Microgaming plans to roll out a new slot game this summer, based on the blockbuster Jurassic World movie.

Visitors to the ICE Totally Gaming exhibition last week were introduced to Jurassic World slot and given a sneak peek of some of its features.

As always, Microgaming managed to pull off a magnificent exhibit by creating its own prehistoric setting at the famous Microgaming Bar at the conference.

Microgaming literally transformed the bar overnight so that it displayed dinosaur eggs, amber-preserved mosquitoes and the piece de resistance - a 5 m x 5 m prehistoric shark-eating Mosasaurus which featured in the Jurassic World movie.

Jurassic World to Launch in Summer

Microgaming provided a teaser to ICE Totally Gaming visitors, promising that the game would go live in the next few months.

"ICE is the biggest online gaming trade show in the calendar, so we're pulling out the stops, with three amazing activations this year, "said Microgaming's PR Manager Anna McChensney. "Jurassic Park is a blockbuster; the fourth highest-grossing film of all time, and today we're giving our customers a teaser of what's to come in our branded game, launching later in the year."

Jurassic World Slot Features

Microgaming's latest branded slot will be based on the American science-fiction adventure movie, Jurassic World, a 2015 release and the fourth installment in famous Jurassic Park series.

Starring Chris Platt and Bryce Dallas Howard, the movie played to a record breaking opening weekend and grossed $500 million around the world.

Original footage from the movie will be incorporated onto the reels of Microgaming's new title, bringing the excitement of this excellent movie right to the player's fingertips.

In addition, the game will feature unique elements in the base game, as well as a particularly rewarding free spins feature.
